When fully released to her intuition, a woman will birth in the way her baby needs. Her birth is meant to be witnessed, and furthermore, her postpartum is meant to be supported.
MARA IN A
NUTSHELL
Mara is a holistic doula certified through BEST and The Matrona. She is a CLC completing her IBCLC, as well as her certification in baby led sleep (holistic sleep with no sleep training). She is also an artist and a reiki practitioner.
Her undergraduate as well as her postgraduate degree center around infant/child development and education.
She is a mom of five who loves her family, the ocean, and being barefoot.
