Lauren has been a Birth Doula since 2013. She leads The Circle's Postpartum Doula Team. She is our resident baby guru and newborn whisperer. Lauren is devoted to helping women become mothers in the way that is best for them.

Lauren's life centers around her family and her friends. She loves crafting, cooking, and having dance parties in her kitchen. On Sundays in the fall you will find her with the football game on, cooking and baking up a storm!
