By focusing on evidence-based practices and fostering a supportive environment, this course empowers families with the knowledge and confidence needed for a positive birth experience. Participants will feel prepared and connected, having built a solid foundation for their birth journey and the transition into parenthood.

Meets all Beginnings Birth Center education requirements
Designed for expecting families as a guide through the many facets of childbirth including coping techniques, the immediate postpartum, breastfeeding, and newborn care. Bodhi, Birth, & Baby embodies connection, empowerment, and knowledge. Families will leave feeling enlightened, having cultivated a deeper connection with themselves, their partner, and the amazing journey of childbirth.

Breath & Body

No matter what your birth plan is, embrace your body's inherent power to birth with ease and grace through conscious comfort techniques, breathwork, rebozo work, positioning, and other tools to use throughout your labor. Learn how to create an environment where your journey can be sacredly celebrated and gain confidence in knowledge of your body's natural rhythms.

Nourishing Your Newborn

Meets Beginnings Birth Center Breastfeeding class requirement
Guided by our IBCLC, Mara Heiden, explore the depths of nourishment for your baby(s) with our breastfeeding/chestfeeding class. Gain confidence as you embark on your journey by learning proper latching, hunger cues, supplementation, feeding positions, & more.

We welcome you to the next step of your parenthood journey: life after birth. Join us as we explore practical topics such as diaper changing, bottle feeding, bathing, and more. Back your confidence as a new parent through evidenced based information and first hand experience of all things baby related.

Wellbeing After Birth

Doula Circle clients receive a $15 discount
Zaure Zuk, M.Ed, a certified INNATE postpartum practitioner, & owner of Pampering Doula, guides you and your partner through postpartum recovery and what it should look like when carefully planned for in this self-paced workshop. Taking the time to create a postpartum plan along with your birth plan prepares you with the resources, rituals, and practices for a positive postpartum experience.
Included is a digital Well-being After Birth guide, that will help you journal, reflect, and plan for your transition in the fourth trimester.

Ways to grow
Birth Circle
Group is open to all birthers, their baby's, 1 support, & is free to attend.
Gather with other parent's who have crossed the threshold into parenthood and share in the same stage of life with you. We will share birth stories, process your birth experience, provide emotional support, exchange resources, & have open discussions about birth, postpartum, the in's and out's of integrating your little one into your life, milestones, & your relationships. Gain a sense of community and build your tribe.
