We foster a sense of sisterhood and community in all we do, and love every family we serve!
As a group we have supported hundreds of births, undergone additional trainings, & each possess unique areas of wisdom. We are familiar with all the local midwives, birth centers, & birthing hospitals. While we provide personalized one-on-one support to our clients, you can find peace in knowing that The Circle is prepared to lend a helping hand in any circumstance.

Holeigh’s journey into the sacred world of birth work began in 2012, when she became a mother and discovered the transformative power of pregnancy and birth. Her own birth experiences, walking the path of surrogacy twice, and her work in maternal healthcare and fertility deepened her connection to the magic of bringing life into the world. She has witnessed and experienced firsthand the beauty and challenges of this journey.
As a birthkeeper, Holeigh honors each family’s unique story. She serves as both a birth and postpartum doula, Childbirth Educator, and guide to her fellow doulas in The Circle. Constantly expanding her knowledge, Holeigh ensures she provides the highest level of care and advocacy to the families she supports. Her dedication to this sacred work is rooted in a deep desire to empower and uplift, creating a space where families feel seen, heard, and held.

Lauren embarked on her sacred journey as a doula in 2013, her path illuminated by the diverse experiences of hospital, home, and birth center settings across six births. With a deep well of knowledge developed from supporting over 250 families in birth and postpartum, she guides expectant parents through our Breath & Body and Newborn Care classes, as well as new doula's through Mentorship program. As the Marketing & Outreach Coordinator at Beginnings Birth Center, Lauren is often the first warm welcome families encounter during their tours of the center.

Mara serves as our esteemed IBCLC and lead photographer, embarking on her doula work and lactation counseling journey in 2020, with a foundation solidly built on her extensive knowledge in psychology, child development, and education. Her commitment to maternal and infant health propelled her to achieve her IBCLC certification from the University of San Diego in 2022. Mara not only teaches our breastfeeding class and operates The Milky Minute, but also extends her expertise through consultation services at Newma Wellness during the week. Within her blended family of five, Mara homeschools her two youngest daughters, reflecting her dedication to family and education in both her professional and personal life.

Ashleigh embraced her calling as a doula in 2023, following a lifelong dream that began in her childhood. As a mother to two boys, her journey into birth work was deeply inspired by her own experiences, particularly supporting the birth of her second son. This transformative path led her to pursue doula work, where she brings a deep sense of care and compassion to the families she serves. Ashleigh is a Postpartum Doula, Educator, Bengkung Belly Binder Practitioner, and Placenta Encapsulator.
Ashleigh is currently a student midwife, and will one day offer holistic home birth services to growing families. When she's not immersed in her studies or supporting families, you can find her in the kitchen, crafting the perfect loaf of sourdough
