You've found your circle

Steady, sacred support for every kind of birth

Birth asks for all of you - body, heart, mind, and soul. It is one of the most profound experiences a human being can move through, and you already carry within you an ancient, innate wisdom that knows exactly how to do this. Our role is simply to hold space for that power, to walk beside it, to honor it. That's why the support you choose matters deeply - and that's why we're here.

We are a collective of experienced, compassionate, and inclusive birth workers who believe that no one should walk this path alone. We stand beside all families - every identity, every path to parenthood, every kind of birth - with non-judgement, warmth, and intentional care. We foster a sense of sisterhood and community in everything we do, and we love every family we serve.

Together, we carry 60 years of combined experience, having supported thousands of births, and we are committed to continuously expanding our knowledge and training - each of us holding our own unique areas of wisdom and never stopping in the pursuit of more. We know the local midwives, birth centers, and birthing hospitals intimately, and while you'll always have personalized, one-on-one support, you can move through this journey with confidence knowing The Circle is there for you, whatever the circumstance.

HOLEIGH ALLAN

From: Colorado
Favorite Color: Purple
Star Sign: Cancer
Favorite Hobby: Exploring Music

Holeigh’s path into birth work began in 2012, when she became a mother and first experienced the life-altering shift that pregnancy and birth bring. She is, first and always, a mother; her two sons are the constant guiding forces rooted deep within her soul. That love is not separate from her work, it is the foundation of it, shaping the way she shows up with presence, protection, and empathy. Second, she is a birth worker. Holeigh serves as a birth and postpartum doula, educator, and guide to fellow doulas within The Circle. She has been a surrogate twice and currently works as a Surrogacy Case Manager at the Center for Surrogate Parenting, where she supports families as they navigate creating and growing theirs. Her years of professional experience in this field deepen her understanding of birth as something vast, emotional, and ever-shifting, something that moves like water and asks to be met with trust. She is deeply attuned to the emotional undercurrents of those she walks alongside, and shows up in a way that feels like a friend or a sister - familiar, grounding, and deeply human. One of her favorite parts of seeing families is meeting their fur babies, as she takes time to connect with them gently and ensure they feel safe and at ease with her. Holeigh never stops learning, growing, and daydreaming. Beyond this work, music is her grounding current in life, something she hopes to one day create. She often gets lost in stories, always with a book in hand. Alongside this, she carries a deep dream of caring for and nurturing animals in their final seasons, offering them comfort, companionship, and a quiet place to be deeply loved as they prepare to cross the rainbow bridge. In all aspects of her life, she is guided by a devotion to nurture the mind, body, and soul.

Ashleigh Lutui

From: Texas
Favorite Color: Teal
Star Sign: Aries
Favorite Book: Harry Potter

Ashleigh moves through birth work like something remembered rather than learned, something ancient in her that has always known the way. She stepped into this path in 2023, though the calling of birth work has always lived within her. Ashleigh is a mother to two boys, and family life is at the center of her world. Her experiences of pregnancy and birth - first with her son and then in supporting her wife through the birth of their second - rooted more deeply what she had always known: that birth work was the path she was meant to walk. Ashleigh serves families as a Birth Doula, Educator, Bengkung Belly Binder Practitioner, and Placenta Encapsulator. Her work is grounded in support through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum threshold, offering calm presence, education, and gentle guidance as families move through one of life’s most transformative experiences. She is especially devoted to advocacy in the birth space, helping families feel seen, heard, and supported in their choices and autonomy. Her fur babies, the rhythm of home, and the quiet rituals of sourdough and embroidery are where Ashleigh returns to herself. She is currently attending college while being mentored by a local midwife, growing roots in the work she was always meant for.

MARA HEIDEN

From: Colorado
Favorite Color: Turquoise
Star Sign: Taurus
Favorite Place To Be: The Ocean

Mara walks the path of birth as a student midwife, birth photographer, doula, IBCLC, and reiki practitioner - rooted in a deep belief that birth is a birthright. She sees birth as a profound transformation: an unfolding from who you have been into who you are becoming. It is a threshold where healing can be reclaimed and sovereignty remembered. Mara doesn’t lead or direct, she walks beside you, steady and present, as you move through it in your own way. Her life beyond birth work is rooted in family. She homeschools her children and spends her days close to them, often outdoors, camping, exploring, and returning to the water, where she feels most at peace. Mara is devoted to learning the language and wisdom of the body - she is currently studying craniosacral therapy and herbalism. She earned her Master’s degree from the University of Northern Colorado in 2015 and completed the Lactation Consultant program at the University of California, San Diego in 2022. She is currently continuing her midwifery training through The Matrona program while apprenticing under a local midwife.

Ryley Henninger

From: Colorado
Favorite Color: Sunshine Yellow
Star Sign: Taurus
Favorite Muse: Fairies

Guided by the quiet magic of the wild feminine, Ryley has long held space for those moving through life’s thresholds. Her work began in supporting survivors of sexual and intimate partner violence, where she came to understand the deep medicine of a nurtured nervous system and the slow, powerful return to self. Motherhood became a turning point. As she stepped into raising her own children, her awareness softened and expanded, and she found herself drawn fully into supporting families, following the natural pull toward birth work. Inspired by the wisdom of the earth and the rhythms of raising three spirited boys, her care extends beyond the sacred threshold of birth, offering wisdom, nourishment, herbal support, and intuitive bodywork to the families she holds. As she nears the completion of her massage therapy training, her connection to the body continues to deepen, further shaping the way she supports those she walks alongside. She meets families exactly where they are, offering steady, grounded support through each season they move through. Often described by Holeigh as sunshine in human form, Ryley carries a warmth that is both comforting and balancing. She is honored to walk alongside families as they root more deeply into their own knowing, and holds a vision of one day serving as a homebirth midwife.
